Bobby Erwin
Bobby is a 1973 graduate of UGA. Prior to taking the helm at Resource Construction, he spent 15 years in the commercial and custom home building business. For 14 years he was the Building Code Analyst with Athens-Clarke County Building Permits and Inspection Department. He maintains his code certifications and membership in the International Code Council. He provides construction code consulting and inspections, enjoys building and strives to provide clients with value for value.
Nathan Baxter
Prior to joining the Resource Construction Team, Nathan's ownership of the oldest commercial construction firm in Athens provided him the opportunity to experience the importance of effective communication during the construction process. Responsible for the construction of over twenty million square feet of community, commercial and industrial projects in Northeast Georgia during his career, Nathan has comprehensive experience in solving complex challenges in all phases of the construction process.
Adam Bowen
Adam humbly started his career with Resource Construction as a laborer while attending the University of Georgia, After graduation he has worked his way out of the ditches and now serves as a managing partner. During his time with Resource Construction he has had the opportunity to operate in many different capacities, gaining valuable hands on knowledge in all areas of the construction process. Adam always strives for perfection by operating on the premise that customer satisfaction and job quality are first and foremost.
